Sold to ISOs, brokers and funders. Not to merchants.
Five products, one phone call, no rate card.
Full records, records sold once, merchants put through live, aged enquiries, dialer volume. That is the whole shelf. The column layout is published on this site — read it before you call, so nobody has to take anybody’s word for anything.
Column names, the order they land in, the shape of the values inside them, and a mark on every value that came back from an append provider instead of from the merchant. It is all sitting on the sample page, unsigned and unlocked, because a buyer who has been burned once reads the layout before he reads the pitch.
What separates these five is not quality. It is who else holds the record, how old it is, and whether it lands as a file or as a call already in progress. Pick the one your floor is staffed for.
WHAT THE FLOOR NEEDS
Full package01 / 05
Live full package data
The whole row on a merchant — every field we hold, off recent activity rather than storage.
Right for
Desks where a rep is judged on what they turned into a submission, not on how many numbers they got through. If your floor runs on dial count, buy one of the cheaper products and keep the difference.
Arrives as
CSV, or pushed into your CRM, on a schedule you set.
One buyer per record. Once it ships to you, it comes out of everything we sell afterwards.
Right for
Shops that work a merchant over weeks instead of hours, and anyone tired of hearing their pitch finished for them by a business that already has three of your competitors in their recent calls.
Arrives as
CSV, or straight into your CRM, in batches we agree first.
Businesses that went looking for money months ago. Older data, priced for a room that dials.
Right for
Rooms with hours to fill and a script that survives a cold reception. The wrong purchase for a floor whose close rate rests on reaching a merchant the week they started looking.
Volume contact files, column-ready for your dialer or SMS platform and scrubbed on the way out.
Right for
SMS campaigns and dialer rooms where cost per record against cost per hour decides the whole thing. Not the product if you want to know much about any one merchant before the phone rings.
Arrives as
CSV mapped to your dialer’s columns, or segmented for your messaging platform.
Four steps, and the order of them is the whole argument: you find out how much of the pool your filters leave standing before anybody puts a number on it.
01
Say how the floor runs
Seats on the phones, dials a seat gets through in a day, how long the campaign has to last, and the states your funders genuinely buy in.
02
We count what is there
Your filters go against current inventory. You get the real number and its split by state, with no deposit and nothing owed once you have it.
03
Then the quote
One number for that order. Product, volume, how hard the filters squeeze, and whether it goes to one buyer or several — that is all that moves it.
04
Then the cut
De-duped against every order you have already placed with us, then handed over in the column order your dialer expects rather than ours.
REPLACEMENTS
A row that rings nowhere is ours, not yours.
Send the rows back with a line on each about what happened. You are not building a case for anything. The standard is published before you buy, in the same words we apply when you file against it.
A line that is dead, or now belongs to somebody else
A contact who has nothing to do with the business named
A business whose doors have shut for good
The same merchant appearing twice inside one order
Columns you paid for that came back empty
Four things that are not defects: a merchant who passes, a merchant who never picks up, revenue that lands under the band, and a funder who does not like the file. That half of it is the job. Full terms on the policy page.
Asked on every first call
The questions a buyer should be asking.
Why there is no price on this site, who else holds the record, how old aged really is, and the things we will not claim about any of it.
Because a printed rate card would be wrong on most orders. What you pay moves with the product, the size of the cut, how hard your filters squeeze, and whether that product goes to one buyer or to several. A narrow exclusive cut in two states and a bulk dialer file for a room full of seats are not the same transaction and should not come off the same table. Call, answer four questions, and you get a single number for that order rather than a spread to haggle inside of.
02Am I buying a list four other shops are dialing this morning?+
Depends which product, and every product page says which it is. An exclusive record is sold once: the minute it goes on your invoice it comes out of our inventory for good, so it cannot turn up in somebody else’s file next quarter wearing a different product name. The aged and bulk dialer files are shared, and we say that out loud instead of charging exclusive money for shared data. What no vendor can honestly promise you is that the owner has talked to nobody else. Owners shop funding the way they shop anything — several doors at once. Our file is ours to control. Whose number that owner dialed last week is not.
03Is this a credit report?+
No. What we sell is business contact data and nothing else — not a consumer report, and we are not a consumer reporting agency. It may not be used to decide anything the Fair Credit Reporting Act governs: credit, employment, insurance, tenancy, none of it. A row tells you which business went looking for funding and how to reach it. What that merchant can actually get is a question for your underwriting, not for a list.
04Which products are scrubbed against the federal do-not-call registry?+
Only the ones sold with that scrub on them, and each product page says so in plain words. Where it is part of the product, the file carries the date the check ran, so how fresh that check is becomes something you read instead of something you trust. On the products without it we make no such claim, and we would rather tell you that here than have you find out on the floor. Either way your own calling rules, your internal stop list and your dialer settings are still yours to run — and on any product, send your suppression list over and the matches come out before the file ships.
05What counts as a bad record, and what does not?+
Five things make a row defective and get it swapped free: a dead or reassigned line; a contact who has nothing to do with the business named on the row; a business whose doors have shut for good; the same merchant appearing twice inside one order; and paid-for columns that came back blank or obviously wrong. Four things do not: the owner said no, the owner never answered, the revenue came in under the band, or your funder passed on the file. The first five are ours to fix. The other four are the job.
06How do I test you without betting a month on it?+
Ask for a test cut on the call. Every product has a minimum, because pulling, filtering, de-duping and checking a batch takes roughly the same work whether the batch is small or large — but a minimum is a floor, not a target. We will size a test big enough that the result means something and cheap enough that you are not badly out if we disappoint you. Nothing here sits pre-packaged on a shelf, so the build time gets confirmed on your quote before you pay a cent.
07Will the file load into my dialer without someone rebuilding the columns?+
That is what the field dictionary is for. Name your platform and the layout it expects, and the headers arrive mapped for it — CSV or XLSX, in the order published on the sample page. If a delivered file still needs re-cutting to a different layout, we re-cut it and that costs you nothing. We can also push records straight into your CRM instead of sending a spreadsheet.
08How old is "aged", and how do I check?+
You read it rather than ask us. An aged record is a merchant who went looking for funding a while back, and that original date rides on the row, with the build date on the delivery itself — so age is a column you can sort on, not an adjective. What we will not tell you is that the merchant still has the doors open this morning or still wants the money. Some do. Most have moved on. That is already priced into what aged data is, which is why it earns its keep when your seats are being paid whether or not the dialer has anything queued.
09Do I have to sign up for anything monthly?+
No. Nothing to join here — no login, no platform fee, no subscription ticking along in the background. You buy a file when you want a file. If you would rather have records land on a standing schedule — every Monday, the first of the month, whatever suits your floor — we set that up because you asked for it, and one phone call stops it.
10Who finds out what I ordered?+
Nobody outside this building. What you asked for exists here to build what you asked for, and for no other reason. Buyer information is not sold, not rented, and buyers never turn into records in the files we sell. If somebody who competes with you calls next week wanting to know what is moving in your state, they get told that is not something we hand out.
THE DESK IS A PHONE, NOT A TICKET QUEUE
Tell the desk what the floor needs.
A count costs nothing and obliges you to nothing. If what your filters leave standing would not keep a room busy for a week, you hear that on the same call instead of finding it out after the wire clears.
